Marina Melman earned her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State College of Law. She is a cum laude graduate, with high honors of Georgia State University with a Bachelors in Psychology. While in law school, Marina served as an extern for the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. She is fluent in both English and Russian. Marina is following in the footsteps of her grandmother who was a corporate attorney in Russia. As one of the founders of the firm, she always strives to improve the clients' experience, as she understands how stressful legal matters may be.

Stephen Berger earned his Juris Doctorate from Georgia State College of Law. While in law school, he earned a CALI Award for Excellence in Land Use Law, was selected for the Charles Longstreet Weltner Family Law Inn of Court, and served as a Family Law Extern with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. Stephen earned both his BA (with honors in Philosophy) and his MFA from UCLA. He moved with his family to his home town of Atlanta to follow in the footsteps of his mother who was also an attorney in Georgia.

Kathyrn Guzner earned her Juris Doctorate from Georgia State College of Law and graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia in Athens. Kathyrn has worked in the legal profession since 2006 and has experience in complex securities arbitrations, business litigation, contract litigation, insurance defense, bankruptcy, and estate planning matters. She is admitted to the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Kathyrn enjoys the fine arts, tennis, and spending time with her husband and two daughters. 

​Justin Andreozzi received received his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School and his B.A. from Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, New York. His practice is focused on individual and corporate tax controversy and criminal litigation. Justin is admitted to practice in the state of New York, Western District of New York Federal Court, State of New York Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department, and United States Tax Court.

David Melman received his undergraduate degree in Business Management at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. David manages the business aspect of the firm and manages the overall planning and organization of cases. He works with each of our clients from start to finish. He helps the legal team maintain constant correspondence with clients while collecting and organizing all client intake. David also provides project management support to the legal team for meeting client’s expectations and deadlines.  

Rachel Fountain earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science Pre-Law from the University of North Georgia at 19 years old.   She joined the team with several years of paralegal experience.  Rachel assists with managing the firm and maintaining an organized and efficient workflow to ensure exceptional service for our clients.

​Zach Marzo received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting as well as a Master of Accountancy Degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Zach provides leadership, strategic direction, and day to day management. He is responsible for building the brand and growth strategy for the firm. 

Wendy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration/Human Resources Management from Ashford University.  She is a self-starter, client-focused, reliable, and well-organized. Wendy has managed teams both big and small handling day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management. She develops intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures,  and task delegation. Wendy inspires growth of those she mentors and growth within the law firm.

Vanessa received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Biology from Georgia Gwinnett College. Upon graduation, she decided to dedicate her time serving clients with their personal injury cases. Vanessa directs the client service team on pre-litigation cases. She ensures the team provides excellent service to all clients. She is committed to helping clients with any questions and concerns they have throughout their case. She is also in charge of managing the firm's Spanish speaking clientele. 

Marianna is part of the pre-litigation team in the client service department. She is fluent in Spanish; and while she assists in managing the firm’s Spanish speaking clients, she is determined to provide the best possible experience for every single client the firm represents. She has a passion for all things customer service and believes her greatest purpose is to help individuals in a time of need. Marianna’s favorite book is “The Four Agreements”, her favorite soccer player is Lionel Messi and her favorite food is Peruvian food. 

Mariana received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Spanish, graduating with honors from Georgia State University. She is also a certified Spanish interpreter with a certification from the University of Georgia. She handles medical records, ensuring that the pre litigation team has everything necessary to conduct a successful case for all of our clients. Hoping to pursue a legal degree in the future she is interested in learning the ins and outs of the office. 

Sofya Bush received a Masters degree from University of Buffalo. She is one of the firm's legal assistants as well as the firm's in-house CPA. She manages the financial and legal administration aspects of the firm.
